By using ASP.NET Zero, you agree that this End User User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Volosoft Bilişim Anonim Şirketi "Volosoft" your use of ASP.NET Zero indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Volosoft grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right to sub-license, to use ASP.NET Zero in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Volosoft Bilişim Anonim Şirketi Volosoft does not transfer the title of ASP.NET Zero to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Volosoft and the purchasers or users of ASP.NET Zero.
If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove ASP.NET Zero from your computer now and, if applicable, promptly return to Volosoft by mail any copies of ASP.NET Zero and related documentation and packaging in your possession.
ASP.NET Zero uses and includes Metronic Theme Extended License. You don’t have to separately buy Metronic. But you can not buy ASP.NET Zero and just use Metronic independently in your non- ASP.NET Zero based projects. You should use Metronic within ASP.NET Zero.
ASP.NET Zero License is life time. That means, once you buy it, you can use the license forever within the restrictions described in this document.
ASP.NET Zero License includes 1-year premium forum support, upgrade, access to private repository to follow source code changes and access to Power Tools. You can see FAQ for more details.
ASP.NET Zero and the license herein granted shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred, made as open-source or sub-licensed in whole or in part except that you may make one copy for archive purposes only. Your license to use ASP.NET Zero is limited to the number of licenses purchased by you. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of ASP.NET Zero.

Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of ASP.NET Zero together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.
AspNet Zero has three type of licenses:
Each license type has its own product count restriction. A product is a separated solution or a customer specific project.
You can sell a product/project to any number of your customers. But you cannot deliver source code to your customer. If you need to deliver source code of your product, that customer needs to buy a separated license.
Each license type has its own developer count restriction. This developer count is “actively working developer” on ASP.NET Zero based products.
Volosoft sells the source code. So, you can completely change it based on your requirements. There are two exceptions to that:
1. The solution uses many libraries, which are free and open source, as NuGet packages. If you need the source code of any library, you can just get it from its repository. ABP framework is also like that and it's available in the GitHub repository. So, there is no hidden code in that manner.
2. The solution also has a closed-source NuGet package that is used to protect the license rules. The closed source library has a few utility classes to make the application dependent on the licensing library.
Volosoft provides premium forum support for ASP.NET Zero for the period of your license.
Volosoft does not offer any other type of private support (like Email, Skype... etc.). If you have private support requirement, please contact to [email protected].

You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Volosoft, its employees, agents and distributors against any and all claims, proceedings, demand and costs resulting from or in any way connected with your use of Volosoft's Software.
In no event (including, without limitation, in the event of negligence) will Volosoft, its employees, agents or distributors be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, loss of information or data, or pecuniary loss), in connection with or arising out of or related to this Agreement, ASP.NET Zero or the use or inability to use AspNet Zero or the furnishing, performance or use of any other matters hereunder whether based upon contract, tort or any other theory including negligence.
Volosoft's entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the Software (maximum being the lesser of the amount paid by you and the suggested retail price as listed by Volosoft) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of license from the customer back to Volosoft.
Except as expressly stated in writing, Volosoft makes no representation or warranties in respect of this Software and expressly excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

All you have to do is to send us an email within 30 days from the purchase date and we will refund you for the full amount of purchase. You don’t have to tell us the reason, but we’ll be grateful if you would let us know, as it will help us to better understand your needs and expectations and those of future customers. Custom works based on ASP.NET Zero (like consultancy, custom development etc...) will not be refunded in any case. To prevent abuse of the refund system, second time refund is not allowed! That means, if a customer gets refund after first purchase, the next refund of the same customer request will be denied. This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Turkey applicable therein. You hereby irrevocably attorn and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey therefrom. If any provision shall be considered unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this License and not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in automatic and immediate termination of this license. Upon termination of this license granted herein for any reason, you agree to immediately cease use of ASP.NET Zero and destroy all copies of ASP.NET Zero supplied under this Agreement. The financial obligations incurred by you shall survive the expiration or termination of this license.
Volosoft may use the Customer’s name and logo in client listings. Volosoft may issue a press release announcing the relationship contemplated hereby, subject to Customer’s approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS DISCLAIMER CONCERNS ALL FILES GENERATED AND EDITED BY ASP.NET Zero AS WELL.
